Next is hotel counter, just two lines. If you have selected premium you will be directed to premium and if you have selected medium you will be directed medium hotel line.
Premium is 30k, Medium is 15k as quarantine package.
You cannot choose from hotels. They will decide based on availability.
But believe me, you can trust. I got Hotel Marigold, Begumpet with premium package.
Flight landed at 1 PM and we were at hotel by 2.35.

But the airport formalities take hell lot of time .... we landed at 6:30 n were in hotel at 12:00
