Obtain NOC from Embassy and attest from MoFA or application from your sponsor attested by Chamber of Commerce and go to the dhiera police station in riyadh.
PCC is police clearance certificate from saudi police mentioning that u dont have any pending cases here in saudi arabia and u record is clear
