1. When was the system of taking Security Deposit from the Emigrants with ECR status going abroad for job started?2. When did the above mentioned system end?3. How many rupees were collected from the Emigrants with ECR status going abroad from the time it was introduced until the system ended?4. What is the procedure to withdraw this security deposit?
