Sir,
I am a heart patient, I had a heart attack and two blocks fixed. there is still one
more block. I was under the care of King Fahad Hospital Al Hufuf. Due to Covid 19
pandemic, my treatment is stopped now. I need to urgently reach kerala to get treatment.
Previously, through the registration, embassy had arranged a seat to Kannoor, but when
I sent person to air india, they declined saying seats are full. So I am still stranded here.
I am working as a house driver and my sponsor have been kind to grant me exit reentry
visa and my friends has arranged me 1800SAR for ticket.
If I can reach kerala, I can get urgent treatement.
Kindly grant me seat in the next available flight.

Sir,
I am a patient of shrinking intestine, I had a done surgery 18 years before and was supposed to do followup surgery last year.
Due to the floods last year, I could not do the surgery. Now I have severe stomach age and blood leak from stomach.
I am working as a house driver and I dont have the money to perform the surgery here.
As the schools are closed I have no job now.
My sponsor has allowed me to take leave for 6 months and go to Kerala to get treatment. He will also pay for my air ticket and exit reentry.
If I can reach Kerala, I can get urgent treatment.
Kindly grant me seat in the next available flight.
