After RTI is there any need of follow UP ?
If the matter is pertaining to life and liberty, they are supposed to provide the reply within 48 hours. otherwise they will reply within 30 days. if the reply is not received within the stipulated time, we can file complaint to Central Information Commission and send the copy to the Head of department of the PIO.
