Respected Sir,
My name is --------------------- and Passport numbe is -----------------, I work in Mecca. I am from Maharashtra District Latur.

I got MRI SCAN on Date -----------------, whose report I am attaching below. He advised me for physiotherapy treatment and appointed him on Date -------------------to treat it.
When I asked my boss to take leave, he asked me to go to India during Ramadan and get treatment.
Now, due to corona, I am suffering from treatment here in saudi and the risk of paralysis is increasing.
Please allow me to visit India under #vandebharatmission evacuation flights for further treatment!
I am living in Saudi Arabia alone, with no help. My wife and daughter live in Mumbai, and worried about my health.
My corona check is done on April 22, and I am not infected. Since then I am in quarantine.
I have been continuously messaging the WhatsApp number of the Indian Embassy since April 25, and had also sent the report but to no avail.
I have sent email to @mea.gov.in on #date
Again I sent reminder email to email to @mea.gov.in on #date
I filed RTI #number on #date to know about my registration and priority in the list, Though I requested under 7(1) of RTI act to provide information within 48 hours, the consulate is not providing any information.
My mental and physical abilities are now beginning to end,
Your honor is my only hope remaining.
The delhi high court issued order order W.P.(C) 3169/2020 and CM Nos. 11023/2020 and 11024/2020 as below
“Ms Acharya, learned ASG appearing for the Union of India submits that the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs expressly stipulates that priority will be accorded to “compelling cases in distress, including migrant workers/labourers who have been laid off, short term visa holders faced with expiry of visas, persons with medical emergency/pregnant women/elderly, those required to return to India due to death of family member, and students.” She further states that this guideline would be strictly followed. The respondents are bound down to the aforesaid statement.
4. This Court also observes that it is necessary to ensure within the category of persons who are to be accorded priority, a higher priority be accorded to persons who are in medical distress vis-à-vis persons who are otherwise hale and hearty but are stranded due to the expiry of their visa or other reasons. “
but, I am afraid, the authorities are not complying with the order.
Kindly hear my petition and issue directions to the authorities to help me.
Thanking You,
To,
