RTI to get the information & SOP of the movement of Stranded people

As cited above I, SUNIL RAM being a citizen of Republic India and rights conferred in RTI Act, 2005 to the citizens, please provide the following information about Travel SOP and the Movement of stranded migrants from other States to Jharkhand (East Singhbum), U/S 7 (1) of the said act within 48 hours.
1. Please provide the certified copy of the Official Travel Standard Operating Procedure(SOP) prepared by the Government of Jharkhand and followed by DC East Singhbum. In Case, if you opted for a different SOP to be followed in EAST SINGHBUM, please provide the certified copies.
2. Please provide the certified copies of the Official Quarantine Standard Operating Procedure(SOP) prepared by the Government of Jharkhand and followed by DC East Singhbum. In Case, if you opted for a different SOP to be followed in EAST SINGHBUM, please provide the certified copies.
3. Please provide the details of how many Migrant workers have been received by East Singhbum via Train, By Road, By Air, or by private vehicle from 15th May to 31st May 2020.
4. Please provide the details of how many Migrants workers have been screened and tested upon their arrival from 15th May to 31st May 2020.
5. Please provide the details of the Authorities other than District Administration who are accountable for the Movement of Migrants and their Health Screening.
6. Please provide the details of the quarantine centers in Jamshedpur, their name, address, their bed/room capacity, and details of the Caretakers of those centers.
7. Please provide the details of the Authorities if any, who are accountable to supply foods to those quarantine Centers (their Name).
Please send the information within the time specified under section 7 (1) of the said act through the email only, don’t send any information by post. If you, at any circumstances reject this RTI APPLICATION then do send the mandatory information u/s 7 (8) (I), 7 (8) (II) of the said act.
