People who have to wait for 5+ hrs at Delhi Airport I see few people checking for Lounge, if you just get a leather seat chair in lounge to sit which
costs you around 2,600Rs, then I would suggest you to go for the recliner chairs available at
airport for Free of cost. These are available at all gates you can walk around to grab one and
relax until ur flight time.

Documents to be filled : Airindia indemnity form and deportation form⁃ No need to carry any copies of these documents, they will given you at airport, they have a
different paper format of the same forms. So we were asked to fill the one they gave us at the
airport.
⁃ In Phase2A few of us took the copies before at home, but we’re asked to fill the forms that
they gave us at the airport. So just take a pen with you that will be enough.

Merging PNRs ⁃ if you have domestic flights with Airindia and Internatinal with Airindia, then your both
iternaries can be merged into single one.
Recommendation received from AI regarding Merging PNRs
1. Don’t have to merge PNRs ahead of time. They are not doing it via CC or Local AI office.
When you at domestic counter ask for boarding passes for both and request a through checkin.

2. Don’t do web checkin. ONLY if both Domestic and International is via AI AND you need to
merge PNRs. If you do web checkin then PNRs CANT’T be merged

PPE KIt ⁃ Before you board the domestic flights you will be given a face shield, Face mask and hand
sanitizers sachets in a cover.
⁃ Before you board the international flight you will again be given a face shield , face mask and

International : Inflight Food / Water? ⁃ by the time you get into the flight, Food bag will be placed in every seat, which is the only
food for the whole flight trip. Which also includes 2 water bottles each of 500ml.
⁃ If you’re finished with water, you can go to the pantry to grab a water bottle.
⁃ No more food or any other food, Milk, Tea/Coffee etc services will not be provided at all.

if PNRs are merged, do we still need to pick our luggage at Delhi and do recheck in?- First make sure you tell the Person at the counter to checkin your luggage directly to the US
airport (Usually they do), But do ask them where you will need to pick your luggage for more
clarity.

⁃ Yes, they will be allowed. Ask them to say they are here in US to help and support the last
and baby during with the labour and post delivery.

IMP INFO : Domestic to International transfer Process!(hyderBad Based)
Step - 1:
⁃ Deportation form and indemnity forms will be given at the airport while you’re waiting in the
line to enter the airport. Fill them immediately take when u receive and keep them handy. You
will be given a trolley for bags too.
Step - 2:
⁃ Have Passport, Ticket and Forms in hand.
⁃ Show your ticket and passport to the officer, he won’t touch them you have to show them.
Then you will be allowed inside.
Step - 3:
⁃ Once you enter the airport, to your immediate right there will be a counter, Where you need to
give the forms.
⁃ Security at this counter, Will check your temperature and note it down in all the papers and
will return you back the forms.
Step - 4:
⁃ you will be directed to Counters Now for boarding pass and baggage drop.
⁃ Families with infants, Toddlers, 60+, pregnant women will be having separate lines.
Step - 5 :
⁃ At the counter, you need to show your passport and Ticket. Also you will be asked for your
US house address which will be entered into their system.
⁃ Do ask for PNR merging
⁃ Do ask them for baggage checkin till US airport. So that you can pick your baggage at US
airport
Step - 6 :
⁃ you will be given two boarding passes. Domestic to Del and Del to USA.
Step - 7 :
⁃ You will be directed to the next Desk, where they will again check your temperature and they
will take over the remaining forms.
Step - 8 :
⁃ You will be directed to the immigration counter, where they will ask you to stand in front off
camera and will check your passport.
Step - 9 :
⁃ You’ll then be directed to Security check, where you need to take all Laptops, gadgets,
electronics and place them in a bin. It’s better to have them all in one cover so that it’s easy for
you to take out and put it back.
Step - 10 :
⁃ you will be sent to the boarding gate.
Step - 11 :
⁃ Boarding counter agent will give you a bag which consists of Face Shield, Face Mask and
hand sanitizer sachets.
Step - 12 :
⁃ Get into the flight, where you will see air hostess welcoming and you will see a food bag
placed in your seat already.
Step - 13 :
⁃ Landing at Delhi airport
⁃ They will separate 20-25 people as a group and will be asked to sit in if the 20-25 chairs.
⁃ There will one more set of 20-25 chairs.
So they will send these 20-25 first and remaining will be siting in these chairs when empty and
keep moving forward. Little Similar thing you do in Tirupathi Rooms when you go for
darshanam.
Step - 14 :
⁃ You will be sent to International transfer counters.
⁃ You will be standing in line, they will check your both boarding passes and they cross check
in their systems and will direct you to Security check.
Step - 15:
⁃ You will go through the security check.
Step - 16 :
⁃ you will be directed to international terminal by walk. No more than 5min walk after security
check.
Step - 17 :
⁃ check for the recliner chairs at all the gates for you to rest if you have more number of waiting
hours to board international flight.
Step - 18 :
⁃ before 2hrs of your flight time, do check for the gate and sit there. You will be given a food
box.
Step - 19 :
⁃ before boarding the international flight they will give u a bag that consists of Face shield, face
mask and hand sanitizer sachets.
