1) My name is XXXXX XXXXXX, as part of evacuation/repatriation of Indian nationals, I filled the form on XX april 2020 and my request number is xxxxx to travel from Jeddah to Mumbai, did you receive it?
2)from DD april 2020 i am continuously complaining on whatsapp number 966 546103992 and submit all my medical reports for priority on same whatsapp number, did you receive it?
3) In which category you have included me?
4) What is my contact details registered?
5)What is my sequence number in priority list?
6) When is my expected travel date?
7) How many passengers has traveled so far?
8) How many passengers are remaining ?

Considering my situation of not having any money for food , accommodation, medicine or travel, my life is facing immediate danger and this evacuation to India is utmost essential for my life and liberty, kindly provide the information partially or fully within 48 hours. As per section 7(1) of RTI act.
