attach an affidavit explaining how you are stranded and why you need emergency assistance.
Alter subject to passport number and name and request for emergency assistance from Indian community welfare fund.
Mention clearly in email how you came here and since when you are without job. And that you have no money left for food, accommodation, medical or legal needs and please provide emergency assistance from Indian community welfare fund. and application form for ICWF is attached.
Attach a statement listing your expenses explaining why you need the money you have requested. embassy cannot pay you pending salary. it can help you by paying you some money so that you stay alive to fight for your pending salary in labour court.
send the email to the Indian embassy or consulate near you
